Meet Your Guide: Anitra Lahiri
Hello! I'm Anitra.
I'm a transformational coach specializing in mindfulness and nervous system regulation. If you've been feeling tense or stuck on autopilot, you're in the right place ... I can help you return to calm and presence through compassionate coaching and personalized nervous system practices.
I'm also a registered yoga teacher (ERYT-500) and Reiki practitioner, and I'm a descendant of Lahiri Mahasaya (a key figure in the Kriya Yoga tradition). My lineage, combined with 30+ years of practice, gives you access to tools far beyond simply venting to someone.
But it's not just my training that qualifies me. I've gone through my own mental health challenges with bipolar disorder and climbed back from rock bottom. I know what it's like to feel tense and running on autopilot, and to find my way back to center.
